I developed my passion for fitness at a young age. I’ve always enjoyed being outside and staying active. Some of my favorite activities are biking, swimming, hiking, and rock climbing. I gained an interest in weightlifting and proper nutrition at age 16 and continue to expand my knowledge in all related areas.
