Class details

Kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. The instructor leads by demonstrating choreographed movements of punches and kicks set to music. Circuit training is also incorporated with free weights, core exercises, and bursts of cardio to build lean muscle and improve stamina. This high energy workout challenges the beginner as well as the advanced athlete.
