Class details

Designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support and class can be modified depending on fitness levels.

The Silver Sneakers Classic is designed for anyone who wants to get a good workout utilizing hand weights, elastic tubing, and small balls. There are periods of aerobic/cardio movement 2-3 times, a warm up followed by hand weights, aerobic/cardio time, elastic tubing, aerobic/cardio time, small balls, and then the cool down, stretching phase. Members can sit or stand for the class which is 60 minutes in length.
