Class details

This class draws from the traditions of Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga, centering on flowing sequences of yoga posture linked by breath. Each class incorporates deep stretches with an equal emphasis on strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. Formatted for all levels from the first time beginners to seasoned yogis.
