Class details

Zumba FITT is a fun interval workout! The class uses high and low intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. Zumba FITT incorporates Latin moves such as cumbia, salsa, merengue, samba with some basic hip hop moves and fitness exercises. Come break a sweat, burn some calories and have a blast doing it! Every class feels like a party!
