I coached competitive cheerleading and gymnastics for thirteen years. I consider myself to be a “people” person. I have experience working one on one with individuals motivating and encouraging them to strive for excellence. Nothing excites me more than to see someone achieve his/her goals with my assistance. I enjoy exercising! It makes me feel good about myself, so I decided to become a personal trainer to share that same feeling with others. Teaching my clients the importance of fitness and nutrition is a great step for them towards a healthier lifestyle and will help increase longevity. I want my clients to understand that being active is not short-term or something you do once in a blue moon, it’s a way of life! As a wife and mother of two boys I instill these same values with my family.

As a trainer, I would like to help my clients build strength, increase flexibility and endurance, as well as lose weight and shed inches. I am here to motivate and encourage my clients to maintain consistency, this will in return increase their self-confidence. Most importantly, I will show my clients how fun exercising can be. It does take a lot of hard work, but well worth it in the end. I believe I can help my clients live a happy, healthy, and long life.

I developed my passion for fitness at a young age. I’ve always enjoyed being outside and staying active. Some of my favorite activities are biking, swimming, hiking, and rock climbing. I gained an interest in weightlifting and proper nutrition at age 16 and continue to expand my knowledge in all related areas. I am dedicated to helping others achieve their goals and live happy and healthy lives.
