Gym Hours
Mon - Fri - 5am – 10pm
Saturday - 7am – 7pm
Sunday - 10am – 6pm

How do I work with a Trainer?

We offer a Free Complimentary fitness assessment to every member. During your assessment, you will discuss your current health and the goals you’re wanting to achieve.

If you’ve already completed a fitness assessment, you can stop by the front desk to schedule a meeting to purchase a personal training package.


Can I buy a Day Pass?

Yes. TexasFITT offers 3 types of temporary passes:

  • Day Pass -$15

  • 10 Pack - $120

Can I freeze my account?

Yes. To freeze an account, we require you to stop by TexasFITT to fill out a ‘Request to Freeze’ form.
If you have moved out of the area, we require you to mail in a ‘Request to Freeze’ form.
Memberships can be frozen for up to 90 days in a calendar year.

How do I cancel my membership?

For any cancellations, TexasFITT requires you to stop by in person to fill out a ‘Request to Cancel’ form.

If you have moved out of the area, we require you to mail in a ‘Request to Cancel’ form. The required information is listed below:

  • First & Last name that appears on the account

  • Date of Birth

  • Phone Number

  • Last four digits of the card on file (to verify payment method)

Memberships that are still in contracted term agreement are subject to a $99 cancellation fee or buyout of the remaining balance.
