Graduated from the University of California Davis, studying Human Development and Human Physiology. During my time at the university, I was a Sports Medicine Intern. After graduating, I worked with an MLB strength and conditioning coach. Trained all ages from toddlers to older adults. As well as interning with Athletic Trainers at a local community college.
